Vivian Neary, 57, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the Lost Rivers Hospital in Arco, Idaho, following a valiant two year battle with cancer.
She was born June 15, 1962 in Fairbanks, Alaska to Karl and Liv Haugland Guddal. Vivian was raised and received her education in Alaska and Washington. She attended Seattle Bible College and Triune Biblical University earning a Bachelors degree in Christian Counseling.
Vivian loved God and donated her life to his service. She spent many summers teaching and administering to youth at Copper Island in British Columbia.
On March 23, 1991 she married the love of her life, Michael Neary. They were married in Seattle, Washington and spent many wonderful years together in the service of others.
Vivian enjoyed writing, painting and photography.
Surviving is her husband, Michael Neary; her mother, Liv Guddal; sisters, Inger Lawrence, Mariann Shearer; brothers Kjell Guddal and Paul Guddal. She was preceded in death by her father, Karl Guddal.Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation services were cared for by the Anderson Family Funeral Home.
