Jimmie Keith Mays, 48, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023, at his home in Arco, Idaho from a sudden illness.

His sophomore year he transferred to West Jefferson High School in Terreton, Idaho. He loved West Jeff and did well there, graduating in 1993. He then continued his education at CSI where he studied and received a Commercial Arts Degree.  Later he received his Bachelor of Visual Arts at Boise State University.

On August 18, 2007, he married Mary Maynard. They were later divorced.

They had four children: Henry, Katherine, Audrey, and Jensen. They were his pride and joy.

He moved back to Arco and was employed at the Lost Rivers Hospital where he had many friends and could get his kids every chance that he could. They were everything to him. He was sure proud of them.

Jimmie was an awesome friend to me in high school. He is such a kind soul. I remember how talented he was with his artwork. I was looking forward to running into him at a class reunion.
