Ivan and Patricia became parents to a son, Greg, in 1968 and a daughter, Stephanie, in 1972.
He was friendly and kind and could put a smile on the face of everyone he talked to. He enjoyed sports, especially basketball, which he played in high school and acquired the nickname “Whiz.” He also enjoyed hiking, fishing, riding ATVs, and entertaining his grandchildren.
Ivan is preceded in death by his wife Patricia, parents Benjamin and Beulah, and sisters Maxine Bingham and Marian Southwell. He is survived by his son Greg May, daughter Stephanie Engle, brothers David May and Bryce (Bev) May, and grandchildren Daniel, Tyler, and Ashley.

I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. My mom Nancy Nickerson went to school with Ivan. She will be extremely sad to hear of his passing. She always spoke fondly of Ivan. My thoughts and prayers to you all.
