The hardest thing I I have ever done was to say goodbye to the uncle I have loved for 65 years..I will miss everything about you..I will miss you humor teasing me when I was little..Racing me backwards to the mailbox at the ranch ..My uncle was very fast running backwards ..He knew at the time he couldn’t outrun my uncle Delyn so he would challenge him backwards ..I will miss the hair fights ..I fell for this trick every time I saw him ..My uncle was a tough man but also a gentle loving man ..I always knew how much he loved me ..He often told me I was more like a sister to him..I spent 9 years the most precious years at the ranch with my 7 uncles and my grandparents ..I cherish those memories ..Please tell grandma and everyone I love them ..I’m heartbroken it just does not seem real ..Love you forever and always ..Your first niece Gaylene
