David Victor Boyack, 59, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at his home in Blackfoot, Idaho.

He was born September 20, 1963 in Arco, Idaho to Glenn Leroy and LaRue Eva Searle Boyack.  David was raised in the Lost River Valley where he received his education, graduating from Butte County High School in 1982.

In 1984 he married Jody Haney in Arco, Idaho.  They moved to Bakersfield, California where David worked on the oil rigs. In 1990, David and Jody were divorced. David moved back to Blackfoot, Idaho and started working at the Pendleton Flour Mill.  He also worked construction on and off to provide for his growing family. 

David enjoyed fishing, camping, family, animals, music and God.  He also loved to bake, watch western movies, plan out everything and was always teasing those around him.

Surviving are his children, Autumn and Andrew Boyack; his grandchildren, Dajen, Naona, and Tristin; his siblings, Glenda (Tony) Holcombe, Debbie (Tom) Lavaudais, Connie (Dave) Hawley and Melody (Paul) Wheeler.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Moore Community Center in Moore, Idaho. Those desiring to make a donation may do so to help assist the family with expenses.
